Upcoming Educational Events

1. Wednesday, September 10, 2014: CMPA Regional Conference (Physician to Physician communication, Document Better)! Explorer Hotel, 5:15 -6:00 Dinner, 6:00 to 9:00 educational meeting. Mainpro-M1/RCPSC- up to 3 credits. Please register with CMPA.
2. Friday, November 7, 2014 (08:00 to 16:00): Mindfulness and Medicine: Techniques for Practitioners- presented by Shireen Mansouri, MD and Linda Kalbun, O.T. Preregistration with Dr. Mansouri required.
3. Friday, February 6, 2015: NWTMA Educational Event. The NWTMA is currently soliciting topics for this full day or afternoon educational event. The location of the NWTMA Annual General Business Meeting is the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Center (Museum) and a social event will follow at the adjacent Museum Cafe. Invitations for the social event will be sent to members in November.
4. June 2015: NWTMA Educational Event. The NWTMA is currently soliciting topics for this full day or afternoon educational event.
5. June 12, 2015: Therapeutics Initiative (Part 2). Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Center (Museum). Details and topics are pending for this all day event. Preregistration will not be required.

Continuing Medical Education

The CMA offers continuing medical education (CME) free to CMA members. Courses are offered by the CMA on its learning management system. Courses are also through the CMA by other organizations and academic institutions. Learn more…
